Decor design vectors illustrations

A 200-piece vector library for a home-decor brand — botanicals, textures and room scenes that flex across packaging, web and wallpaper.

Illustrators developing the decor vector library

Overview

Maison Fern's products shared nothing visually — every supplier sent different art. We illustrated one cohesive world: trailing plants, arches, sun-baked textures and calm room scenes, all drawn on the same grid with the same three inks.

Challenge

Vectors had to work at 2cm on a candle label and 2m on a feature wall without redrawing. Strokes, corners and grain all needed rules so future illustrators could extend the set seamlessly.

Approach

We started with 20 hero pieces, printed them at every size, then built the remaining 180 around what survived. A 30-page style guide locks down stroke weights, palette ratios and clear-space rules.

Deliverables

  • 200 layered vectors in AI, SVG and PNG
  • 12 room scenes plus seasonal variants
  • Pattern tiles for packaging and wallpaper
  • Illustration style guide and templates

Outcome

The full product line now looks like one brand, packaging design time halved, and two illustrations became the brand's best-selling prints. Want artwork with the same discipline? Talk to us through our UI/UX design service.
